When will my order Ship?
Most products ship the same day that they are ordered. If a product is ordered during the weekend or on an observed holiday; we will make every attempt to ship the next working business day. We always do our very best to ship the same day that an order is placed; however due to the volume of orders that we receive we cannot guarantee same day shipping.
A few additional reasons why an order may not ship the same day would be:
- Order was placed after 12:30 PM EDT/EST
- Multi-unit order, or special pre-configuration request
- Product is not in stock
Order Status Notifications
When you order on-line, our web site automatically sends you an email with the subject line of 'DSL-Warehouse Order Confirmation.'
Any and all other messages are sent manually, and as time permits. Tracking numbers can be found on your invoice which will be emailed to you. Your invoice will come from Data Connect Enterprise (@data-connect.com).
At a minimum we always do our best to send out a ' Processing ' email notification so that you
know that your order has been received, and that we are working on it.
If a product is out of stock, you will be prompted during the order process and/or you will receive an email notification.
Orders submitted after normal business hours (see below), during weekends, or holidays will be processed the next working business day.

Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EDT/EST
