Order Shipping and Notifications
Most products ship the same day that they are ordered. We always do our very best to ship the same day that an order is placed; however due to the volume of orders that we receive we cannot guarantee same day shipping.
A few additional reasons why an order may not ship the same day would be:
- Order was placed after 2 PM EDT/EST
- Multi-unit order, or special pre-configuration request
- Product is not in stock
When you order on-line, our web site automatically sends you an email 'order confirmation.'
Any and all other messages are sent manually, and as time permits. If it is crucial that you have a tracking number please call 1-973-442-9990.
At a minimum we always do our best to send out a ' Processing ' email notification so that you
know that your order has been received, and that we are working on it. 99.999% of the time,
this will also indicate that your order will be shipping the same day.
If a product is out of stock, you will be prompted during the order process and/or you will receive an email notification.
Orders submitted after normal business hours (see below), during weekends, or holidays will be processed the next working business day.
We do offer price breaks on volume purchases. Let us know which product you are interested in and in what quantity. You will need to call us, or email the information.
